Agreement of Membership

a private membership ecosystem — for those of mankind only

Align.Create.Lead. is a private ecosystem that supports those of mankind only to reset, create and lead their life and business in a manner that honors their divine essence, and the sanctity of this planet.

Align.Create.Lead functions as an ambassador of sovereign leadership, embodied evolutionary change and creative expression.

Align.Create.Lead honors the sacred consciousness in all beings and considers trees, plants, animals and human beings as equal.

Align.Create.Lead is hosted by i: a woman; Dana Dumitrescu; all activities through or within the ecosystem occur within the private domain only; membership commences when you make the agreement below, and ends whenever you or i (or a man or woman acting on my behalf) wish to end the agreement for any reason, and write to the other to say so; when you engage with any of my offerings you confirm your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the ecosystem;

The agreement and laws are written and stated for everyone’s benefit – to maintain our relating with each other in the private, as man and woman, the way our divine essence was made; and to remove any presumptions that any other soul or person may seek to apply to bind us to a diminished form;

We refer to members as a man or a woman — not a user, not a customer, not a profile. That's deliberate. It signals that you're here in your private capacity as a man or a woman, rather than as an account on a corporate platform.

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will; i consciously choose to establish this agreement between i, and the woman, Dana Dumitrescu;

i agree to be responsible for my own actions, thoughts and for the consequences of how i apply anything i learn here; i am the divine authority of my own life and i am fully responsible for my energy, choices, feelings, decisions, thoughts and my reality.

i honor my own heart and my divine essence.

i act in honor and love in thought form and deed.

i attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided within the ecosystem (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman only;

i agree therefore that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;

i understand that the content (property) of this website is shared with the intent to help, heal and empower others and it is the property of the woman, Dana Dumitrescu ; i therefore agree not to share, copy, reproduce, publish, piggyback or sell any of the said property without the written consent of the man and or woman who did create it;

i agree to act according to law, and to treat every other man or woman who participates in or works in support of the ecosystem with kindness and respect; i understand that if i do not do so, or if i am abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing or harassing towards any of said man or woman and do not make remedy to the satisfaction of the one wronged, that my membership and access will be canceled, and i will lose access to all time and property offered by or through the ecosystem whether or not i have paid or donated to access it;

i agree that Align.Create.Lead, and the woman Dana Dumitrescu who hosts it, is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any other member or digital platforms; i agree not to hold Align.Create.Lead or its host responsible for any claim arising from my dealings with other members, or digital platforms and i agree to seek remedy directly with the man or woman involved.

i agree to and digitally autograph this agreement in exchange for access to benefits offered by or through the ecosystem and i have read and agree to the laws of the ecosystem; how i work; disclaimer and the privacy guideline.
